We went to Buffalo, NY for my cousin's wedding!! Congrats Dan and Sheila!! While there we were able to go to Niagara Falls and Palmyra. It was all really great, to be with famliy and see so many beautiful places. The only thing while in NY, we lost our camera. So there will not be any pictures on the blog for a while, sorry!

Summertime is here again. Ok so only for about 4 days here, but we had to get out the sunglasses!! What a cute boy!

Turtle

So we have had a pet turtle since Labor day last year 2007. Last Sunday we found him dead in his cage. We were very sad, I should say that due to my current state and all that has happened in our lives over the last couple of months I cried like a baby. William was so very cute with his little turtle, he didn't have a name just "Turtle". We will miss you little guy!!

Gaulke Baby

So I have realized that I don't think I told anyone via our blog that we are having our second baby. Another boy is due in about 4 weeks. He is a little small so they are watching him closely, but everything should be ok. No pictures of my pregnant body but lots of ultrasound pictures!!

In memory of my Dad!!

So I have not posted anything in many weeks!! Sorry life gets a little crazy when you lose someone as close to you as your father. My dad was diagnosed with Liver Cancer just a few months after Mike and I got engaged in 2004. He worked really hard to fight it off, but 6 months ago started to lose the battle. I remember growing up and hearing all of my friends tell me how "cool" my dad was, my answer was that they didn't have to live with him. I used to follow him around as a kid and wanted to be just like him, I turned out more like him than I ever realized. I have a stronger testimony after this that the Lord really does lighten our burdens in times of need. I am so very greatful for the testimony of eternal families that my parents helped me build!!

Silly Boy!

So to get ready for the baby I have been organizing the baby things. William found the Nuks and bottles and thinks that they are pretty fun. I think we might have a problem when the baby come with William wanting to be a baby too. This is a picture of one of the things he likes to do with the Nuks. He runs around with them in his mouth like this and drools all over. Mike thinks I should take them away but I just think it is so cute I can't. What a fun guy!!!

Valentine's Day

On Valentine's Day a friend had a dance party for the kids. William really let me down, the little dancing man didn't come out the whole time we were there. He read books and checked stuff out instead. It sure was a lot of fun playing with our friends!!

William now realizes that when the red light comes on, on the camera it means that he is going to get a bright light in his eyes. Because of this he has started closing his eyes before the picture is even taken. What a goof!!!

Ok, so I had my 20 week Ultrasound last week. I talked with the Doctor today and found out that because of the measurements of the baby they have moved my due date back 3 weeks. So instead of April 18th it is now May 5th. I not very excited about this. Am I just being silly? I will go back to the Doctor in about 2 weeks and then in about 4 weeks have another 21-23 week Ultrasound. I don't know why this is such a big deal to me, but I am really bummed out. Please give me some input!! Thanks all!

Thanksgiving

So our Thanksgiving was great! We got to spend time with our Olson/Moua family and our Hoover family was kind enough to move their Thanksgiving to Friday. The Gaulke family got two Thanksgivings!! Thanks family, We love you!
