New Hair Cut, WOW!!

So anyone who knows the Olson family knows that we love the turtle races in Perham, MN. Well over all the years (over 25 yrs) we have had friends and family in these races. We have even had 7 or 8 out of 10 people in one race and still not won. Well this year changed it all!!! Brent's friend Eric and Rachel were in one "heat" and they tied. The next "heat" had William, Brent, Mark, and his friend Joe, Brent and William tied in that heat. So Eric, Rachel, William, and Brenton went on to one of the 3 semi-final heats. William won the semi-final and then went on to win 2nd place in the finals!!!! This is really big news, the Richards of Utah and Burts of ID will attest to!!!

Chips, Chips, Chips!!!

We went to see our friends the Schumanns off on their new adventures out west. While there Emily opened some chips and William loved the sour cream & onion. The first picture is his excitement and the second is the result, if you look close you can see the mess on his face!!!

Memorial Day Weekend

For Memorial Day we went to my (Rachel) Grandparent's cabin. Mike taught William how to lay on his tummy to try and touch the water. It was so much fun!!

The Boys

So We stayed at my parents house this last week and while there this happened. William was playing in the kitchen and when he came into the living room he had something on his feet. It was really funny to watch him walk with these baggies on his feet!

Little Chicks

I watch a little boy during the week and he has this little chick snowsuit. So I put William in his chicken hat. Aren't they a pair!!

We found these glasses for $1, how great!! To top it all off William looks so COOL!!

For Auntie Angie

For William's first Christmas His Auntie Angie bought him a matching hat for some overalls. William grew out of the overalls a long time ago, but the hat fits great now and he likes to wear it!!

Crib

I just love this picture. Sometimes I wish I could always keep him out of trouble and in his crib so cute.

Eagles

A few weeks ago we drove to Red Wing to look at the Eagles over the Mississippi River. They also have so that have been injured that you can get up close to.

Children's

The week of Christmas William, Mike, My sister Rebecca, and I brought a turkey dinner to the families that had Children in the NICU at Children's Hospital of St Paul. It was great!

Bath time!

William has a "little people" man and boat for the bath and has realized that he can put it in his mouth. He really likes it when I pull it out of his mouth.

Birthday!

Mike and I got William a tunnel for his Birthday. He really likes it!

We had a Birthday Party for William on the 11th. It was really great. He had a great time eating cake and playing with all his new toys!

Pie!!

My Mom won 1st prize for Apple Pie and my Brother won a pie eating contest. Way to go guys!

Mike also entered the pie eating contest but didn't win, sorry Mike!
